Eastman Selects - Head Coach AAA/AA or other team staff

The Eastman Selects, based out of southeast Manitoba seeks a dynamic leaders to serve as Head Coaches
within our Regional Hockey Program. Age ranges between U13 to U18.

We’re seeking for the following  teams and coaching budget shown:

U13AA Black and White Male coaching staff budget $10,000 + mileage
U13AA Female coaching staff budget $10,000 + mileage
U15AAA Female coaching staff budget $15,000 + mileage
U15AAA Male coaching staff budget $15,000 + mileage
U17AAA Male coaching staff budget $15,000 + mileage
U18AAA Female coaching staff budget $20,000 + mileage
U18AAA Male coaching staff budget $20,000 + mileage

Qualifications
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with assistant coaches, players,
and parents.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• A proven record of integrity, high principles, and demonstrated skill in developing and
motivating players.
• A pleasant personality combined with a positive attitude is essential
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment, get along and work well with other members
of the organization
• Excellent time management skills
• Coaching and player development skills are a must
• Ability to develop season-long development and practice plans
